Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — No General Refunds
Because our products are digital and available for instant download, we do not offer refunds except in the case of technical delivery failure or defective files.

2. When Refunds Are Considered
We will consider a refund or replacement only if:

  • You were unable to download the purchased files despite multiple attempts and our support team’s assistance; or

  • The downloaded files are corrupted or unusable.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact support@wixselfknowladge.in within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and details of the problem.

  • Our support team will respond within 48 hours and try to resolve the issue (re-send files, provide direct download link, etc.).

  • If we cannot resolve the delivery/technical issue, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us may lead to account suspension and refusal of future purchases. Please contact support first so we can help.
